Terms of Service
Effective date: April 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quadratus (the "Service"), operated by us. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Quadratus provides tools to plan events, manage organizations, coordinate invitations and participation, and communicate with other users. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or use the Service only with a parent or guardian's permission if required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not: break the law; harass, threaten, or impersonate others; distribute malware; scrape or overload our systems without permission; attempt unauthorized access to data or accounts; or use the Service to send spam or deceptive invitations.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or puts users or the Service at risk.
4. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your profile or event details to people you choose).
You represent that you have the rights needed for content you upload and that it does not violate others' rights.
5. Organizations and roles
Some features depend on organization membership and permissions set by administrators. Organization admins may control visibility, invitations, and related settings. Their choices can affect how your information appears within that organization.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact us using the support options provided in the Service.
These terms are a general template and not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review them for your jurisdiction and product.
